Processing Time: All orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Orders placed on weekends or UK public holidays will be processed the following business day. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been dispatched.

Tracking: All orders are fully tracked. Once dispatched you will receive a tracking number via email so you can follow your order every step of the way.
Delays: Veiled by Selene is not responsible for delays caused by customs, postal services or circumstances beyond our control. During busy periods such as Eid and holidays, please allow additional processing time.
Incorrect Address: Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. Veiled by Selene cannot be held responsible for orders delivered to an incorrectly entered address.
Lost or Damaged Orders: If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit please contact us at veiledbyselene@gmail.com within 7 days of the expected delivery date and we will do our best to resolve this for you.
